I understand that it is the recommendation of KW Commercial that I complete the 30-60-90 for new agents and training funnel within six (6) months from the date of my membership, including watching the KW Commercial Onboarding series, completing the self-guided or live group training of Nucleus, and working with a commercial team or mentor until I have the experience to function independently. At that time and at the discretion of the Market Center, I may submit the KWC Senior Associate Approval form and upgrade to  KW Commercial Senior Associate.

I understand that applying as a Senior Associate does not guarantee approval. My OP or TL will need to sign and complete the KW Senior Associate Approval form through DocuSign.

I understand that my membership with KW Commercial is independent of approval from my Market Center to transact commercial real estate.

I understand and acknowledge that the KW Commercial membership requires $199 monthly recurring payment billed via transmittal. I understand that if a membership cancellation is received between the first and seventh of the month, membership can be canceled prior to the next billing cycle. If a membership cancellation request is received after the seventh of the month, Members will be billed for the final month and cancellation will be effective at the end of the month in which the request was submitted.

I understand that to cancel my KW Commercial membership, I personally must email admin@kwcommercial.com in order for KWC to validate the request. I understand that I may be contacted by a KW Commercial Community Leader upon submitting a membership cancellation request.
